We are in virtually constant contact with the National Limo Association (NLA), the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and GroundLink (Our global travel partner) to  ensure your safety.

 HTCL is also using our influence to advocate for more stringent regulations as well as new methods of ensuring you and your loved ones safety while traveling.

What we are doing for your safety:

To ensure the greatest possible safety for you and your loved ones, HTCL is committed to the following:

What we require and request of you;

  • All passengers are required to wear masks
  • We ask that all luggage be disinfected before being loaded into vehicles

What we require of our drivers and detailing staff;

  • All drivers are required to wear masks
  • All vehicles will be completely disinfected at the beginning of each shift
  • Some vehicles are equipped with a shield between the driver compartment and passenger compartment
  • All drivers have been trained with the following protocols:
    • Wash your hands often with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds.
    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
    • Stay home if you are sick.
    • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, and immediately place the tissue in the trash.
    • Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
Our Affiliate Policy

We have asked our affiliates to use anti-viral cleaning products to disinfect thoroughly in between trips and have advised them to wear gloves when handling luggage. Following the Centers for Disease Control’s advice, we have shared these guidelines for prevention:

  1. Wash your hands often with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  4. Stay home if you are sick.
  5. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, and immediately place the tissue in the trash.
  6. Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
