Depending on how many passengers you are bringing and what options you need or desire, HTCL can deliver.
If you take a look at our entire fleet, you can easily see what will work for you. Below are brief descriptions of our vehicle types:
We can now offer one way trips in either Executive Sedans, Executive SUVs or Luxury SUVs at the Bowl. The pricing for these transfers will be a 2 hour minimum each way, provided the initial pickup is in Los Angeles. All drop offs and pickups for transfers will be on the top tier of lot-b along with all the shared ride pickups and drop offs. All other vehicles in our fleet have a 5 hour minimum for the Hollywood Bowl.
All limos, Sprinter Vans, Mini-Coaches, Coach Buses and Party Buses will pickup, drop off and wait for you and your guests in the same place at the top tier of lot B.
Bus parking passes are available through Hollywood Bowl guest services. Please be advised that these passes sell out early. We can also get the parking pass for you if the concert you are attending is more than 72 hours in the future. The cost for a bus/limo parking pass if we acquire it is $150.00.

Parking passes can be acquired in advance through guest services in advance or through StubHub.
When booking a Sedan or SUV, these vehicles can park in any lot at the Hollywood Bowl. Be careful as most parking at the Bowl is “stacked” and at the end of the show, getting out can be time consuming.
We recommend parking a pass in lot A as it is mostly not stacked.
All limos, Sprinter Vans, Mini-Coaches, Coach Buses and Party Buses will pickup, drop off and wait for you and your guests in the same place at the top tier of lot B.
Accessibility Services
Attending an event at the Hollywood Bowl involves quite a bit of walking. For those of you that need a little help or do not want to walk too far. The best option is to get a parking pass in lot A.
The shortest walk would be from the valet lot located directly behind the stage. Valet parking passes are difficult to get as they are only available to season ticket holders.
If you are booking a limo, Sprinter Van, Mini-Coach, Coach Bus or Party Bus. These vehicles pickup, drop off and park at the top of lot B.
